Breathwork in the Hideaway

Join Caroline for a deeply restorative 90-minute Breathwork Class in the tranquil setting of The Hideaway at Yurtshire.
This guided session offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the transformative power of conscious breathing. Through a series of carefully guided breathing techniques, you’ll be invited to release stress and tension, quiet the mind, and cultivate a greater sense of calm, clarity, and inner balance.
Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have an established practice, Caroline will gently guide you through the experience at a pace that feels comfortable and accessible. As you settle into the peaceful surroundings of The Hideaway, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind, deepen your self-awareness, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and re-energised.

An Evening of Music & Wild Swimming with Jenny Cook

Jenny Cook is a multi‑instrumentalist singer‑songwriter from North Yorkshire, creating music inspired by the wild places of the UK. Blending guitar, violin, harp, shruti box and harmony‑rich vocals, she creates tender, immersive songs about healing, connection, belonging and the natural world. Supported by BBC Introducing and YorkMix Radio, Jenny has performed at festivals across the region, won the Great North Folk Festival songwriting competition, and supported artists including Adam Holmes and Dawn Landes on tour. She also writes original songs for community choirs and leads harmony‑singing workshops.
