Join Caroline for a deeply restorative 90-minute Breathwork Class in the tranquil setting of The Hideaway at Yurtshire.

This guided session offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the transformative power of conscious breathing. Through a series of carefully guided breathing techniques, you’ll be invited to release stress and tension, quiet the mind, and cultivate a greater sense of calm, clarity, and inner balance.

Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have an established practice, Caroline will gently guide you through the experience at a pace that feels comfortable and accessible. As you settle into the peaceful surroundings of The Hideaway, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind, deepen your self-awareness, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and re-energised.

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the calming embrace of nature with a Forest Bathing Workshop led by our wonderful facilitator Liz at Yurtshire.

Forest bathing, inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, is a gentle, mindful experience that invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and reconnect with the natural world. This is not a hike or a fitness activity, it’s an opportunity to simply be present, breathe deeply, and experience the woodland in a new way.

Throughout the session, Liz will guide you through a series of simple sensory invitations, mindful practices, and moments of quiet reflection designed to help reduce stress, restore balance, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and the environment.

Set within the peaceful surroundings of Yurtshire at Eavestone Lake, this workshop offers a welcoming space to relax, recharge, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of spending time in nature. The experience concludes with time to gather together, reflect, and share a warm drink.

Whether you’re looking for a moment of calm, a chance to reconnect with nature, or simply some time for yourself, this workshop is suitable for adults of all ages and requires no previous experience.

Join us after your morning 5K for a relaxing dip in our beautiful wild swimming lake before catching up with friends over a freshly made juice, a great cup of coffee, or a comforting pot of tea. Whether you’ve run a personal best, jogged at your own pace, or simply fancy starting your weekend with some fresh air and good company, everyone is welcome.

Our Saturday Swim & Social Sessions are all about bringing people together, move, recover, connect, and enjoy the outdoors in a relaxed and welcoming setting. It’s the perfect way to cool down, recharge, and turn your Saturday morning into a weekly ritual.

No pressure, no competition, just a refreshing swim, good conversation, and your favourite drink to kick-start the weekend.
