OUR INSTRUCTORS

ASHLI
Ashli is a 200 hour, Yoga Alliance Certified, yoga teacher and has been teaching for over 10 years. Ashli teaches many different styles of yoga including, Power Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, pre/postnatal yoga, Corporate and Kids yoga.

After deeply connecting with the practice Ashli decided she wanted to share her love of yoga with the world in an effort to create a more mindful world.

FAVOURITE POSE: “Gate pose (Parighasana) because it make me feel expansive.”

STYLE OF TEACHING: “Power Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative”

BEST THING ABOUT YOGA: “The best thing about yoga is its ability to strengthen body as well as mind and the way it helps us overcome fear”.
JESSICA
Jess is a Yoga Teacher based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. For many years, Yoga has been a huge part of Jess’s life and it is now her passion to share the Yogi magic with as many people as she can through teaching studio classes for all levels and 1:1’s for private clients and athletes.

Whether you are looking to start your Yoga journey, take some time for yourself or fancy a good workout, Jess would love to guide you through!

FAVOURITE POSE: “My favourite yoga position is wild thing, this pose is a heart opener and feels amazing when you need a good release!”

STYLE OF TEACHING: “My favourite style of Yoga is Vinyasa. This is because it uses all of the asanas from Yoga traditionally but brings it together into a nice hot, sweaty flow as one big moving meditation.”

BEST THING ABOUT YOGA: “I can’t chose one so I have chosen three!

1. You are always learning no matter what stage of Yoga you are in, from a beginner to being intermediate there is always space for more growth.

2. ANYONE can do Yoga.

3. Yoga isn’t just for the Physical, without realising it, just coming to one class a week can change your mindset completely.”
Suzannah
Suzannah has moved from the busy world of food and hospitality to fully immerse herself in her love of yoga. She takes a gentle and safe approach to her posture and asana teaching (she trained under renowned Harrogate posture expert Amanda Latchmore). Suzannah strongly believes in the power yoga has to transform the mind body connection and uses breath lead movement, pranayama and meditation to encourage students to explore and develop their practice.

She is a student of Kriya yoga and this informs much of her approach and meditation teaching.

FAVOURITE POSE: “Savasana!!”

STYLE OF TEACHING: “Not one particular style but if I had to label it I’d say predominantly Hatha, with a smattering of Kundalini and as much restorative as I can snuggle in.”

BEST THING ABOUT YOGA: “That’s a hard one. I’d probably say the way in which yoga provides tools which I can take from my mat into my daily life”.
