THE NEST — Up to 40 Day Guests + 20 Evening Guests · From £6,000
An intimate lakeside celebration set within secluded woodland. The Nest includes exclusive two-night hire of the entire 100-acre estate, eight luxury tree-yurts sleeping up to 38 guests, your choice of ceremony location, boutique Yurt set up of tables and chairs, and exclusive access to our in-house bar. Catering, styling and coordination are not included as standard, giving you the freedom to bring in whoever feels right for your day.
BESPOKE — Unlimited Guests · From £8,450
For couples who want to build their dream venue from the ground up. The Bespoke package gives you full access to our sister company Yorkshire Yurts’ portfolio, from sweeping marquees and stretch tents to a village of interconnected yurts. With no limit on guest numbers and no limit on ambition. Everything in The Nest is included, plus a custom floor plan, full inventory access (furnishings, dancefloor, lighting and accessories), and our team working with you to design the layout from scratch.

The Reception Your Dream Wedding, Your Way
There is no standard format for a reception at Eavestone Lake. That’s the point.
With 100 acres exclusively yours, two flexible package options and access to the full Yorkshire Yurts hire catalogue, the shape of your celebration is entirely up to you. Long tables under the trees for a formal wedding breakfast. A stretch tent on the lawn with a street food vendor and a live band. A taco stand, a line dancing instructor and the biggest dancefloor we can fit. Whatever feels most like you, we can make it work.
Every reception includes tables and chairs, a dancefloor, & ambient lighting as your foundation. From there, add as much or as little as you like, upgraded furniture, festoon lighting, garden games, a bespoke bar package, catering facilities for your chosen caterers, and more. As the sun sets, our site manager transitions your space seamlessly from dining to dancing, with evening guests arriving to drinks on the lawn before joining the party.

More Than a Day Pre-Wedding Fun, Post-Wedding Relaxation
Your two nights at Eavestone Lake are yours to fill however feels right. The evening before your wedding is for settling in, gathering your people and letting the anticipation build. Hot tubs, fire pits and the quiet of the woodland all waiting. The morning after is for the opposite of rushing: a slow breakfast, a sauna, a walk around the lake with the people you love most.

Guest Accommodation Unique Luxury Yurts
Your guests don’t just attend your wedding, they get to stay in it. With up to 32 guests sleeping in individually designed luxury yurts, each with a private hot tub, the celebration continues long after the last dance. Exclusively yours throughout your stay, your guests can enjoy a range of on-site facilities, from booking soothing massage treatments to unwinding in our wood-fired sauna, or swimming wildly in our stunning lake.
