Unwind with early morning birdsong, bathe in your hot tub as the sun sets and enjoy a camp fire under the starry night skies far away from the city lights. It’s time to reset, recalibrate and make some memories.
Fountains Meadow Yurts, are a hidden glamping gem located in North Yorkshire, just a mile from the Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal World Heritage Site. With a host of local attractions nearby and places to explore, Yurtshire Fountains is well located to explore what Yorkshire has to offer.

Off-grid living has never been simpler. Let us worry about the details, simply arrive with your food, clothes and a healthy spirit of adventure! We aim to ensure your living space has everything you need for a luxury glamping experience so you can unplug and escape the stresses and strains of modern life, whilst enjoying a few home comforts. Lighting and warmth is created from the ambiance of candles, solar powered lamps and a classic wood burning stove.
The chic interiors are cosy and authentic and each yurt is furnished with a double bed, double futon and private kitchen facilities making the yurts an ideal break for a couple on a romantic getaway or a group of friends or family. Sink into plump pillows and relax as you watch the starry skies through the crown ceiling of the yurt ceiling.

Wood Burner & Fire Pit Info
A bag of logs and kindling bundle is provided and extra firewood is available to purchase. Matches and firelighters are provided.
Sleeping Arrangements
Double bed and double futon per yurt. Additional child camp bed is available on request. All bed linen provided.
Cooking
Fully equipped kitchenette with crockery, pans and utensils, gas camping hob, 70litre cool box and ice packs.
BBQ/Fire pit. Charcoal available to purchase.
Pizza oven available to hire and breakfast and BBQ hampers available to purchase in advance.
Seating
A double futon is provided for relaxing inside your Yurt, plus a table with wooden chairs for dinning.
Pallet furniture is provided on the decking area for relaxation, including table and chairs for alfresco dinning.
Washing & Bathing
Private outdoor bathroom with heated gas powered shower and flushing toilet. Eco-friendly toiletries provided.
Hot Tub on your own private decking area.
Heating, Lighting & Bedding
Bed linen and towels provided for all guests.
Wood-burner and fire pit. All the yurts are well insulated.

Once you’ve reached your beautiful Tree-Yurt you’ll find a fabulous space waiting for you, giving you an incredible rush of nature and nostalgia.
What is a Tree-Yurt?
A stunning Yurt, built on an elevated decking area within the branches of trees.

With everything you need for pure relaxation…
Perched amongst the branches, each Tree-Yurt has electricity and is self-contained on it’s own private decking area. Inside your Tree-Yurt, the perspex star ceiling ensures you feel one with nature, while you’re warmed by the cosy, flickering fire and wrapped in your sumptuous surroundings. Soak in the unique scenery from the tree canopy in your private hot tub and glass roofed en-suite bathroom, or get your steam on in the luxury, glass fronted woodland sauna.
The cosy Tree-Yurts are each furnished with a double bed and futons, dinning table and chairs and have their own kitchen facilities including electric cooker, fridge and coffee machine, everything is here, so simply pack your bags and we’ll take care of the rest.
